Founder & Facilitator
Felicity’s love of movement has been part of her story from the very beginning. Having tried just about every sport and fitness style growing up, she found her home in hockey, which she played for over 30 years. After a few injuries, her journey led her to Pilates—a discovery that not only supported her recovery but sparked a true passion.
Pilates has since transformed the way she moves, lives, and connects with herself. It has built her strength, improved her balance, and given her freedom in mobility. But more than that, it has shaped how she approaches life with energy, resilience, and joy.
Felicity brings this passion into every class she teaches, blending positive energy with a fun, uplifting approach. Her sessions will challenge your body, engage your mind, and leave you feeling empowered—always with plenty of laughter and good vibes guaranteed.

Cam first stumbled into Pilates over 20 years ago during a ballet class—and let’s just say it was love at first roll-down. Fast forward to today, and she’s spent more than a decade teaching everything from reformer and mat Pilates to yoga, barre, and even pole dance (because why not keep things spicy?).
With a serious love for strength training, Cam’s classes are where power meets precision—with a side of sass. Expect thoughtful programming that fires up your body, challenges your limits, and leaves you feeling like the strong, unstoppable human you are.
