Sip, Soak & Sweat: Return to Your Compass Retreat
A weekend retreat designed for the woman who has been holding it all together — and is finally ready to let someone else hold the space.
Through movement that meets your body where it is, food that actually nourishes, restorative rituals and long stretches of earned stillness — you'll find your way back.
Not to who you were. To whom you are.
We'll move every morning — reformer Pilates sessions designed to wake the body without breaking it. Between sessions, the property is yours: a fully equipped gym, a barrel sauna that does what no amount of sleep has managed lately, and a jacuzzi overlooking vineyards and open bushland. The Hunter Valley doesn't ask anything of you. It just holds you.
And yes — we're in the Hunter Valley. There will be wine. There will be unhurried afternoons and long tables and the particular kind of conversation that only happens when women are finally, truly off duty.
Sip without guilt. You've earned every glass.
You are the one everyone calls. The last to sit down at dinner. The first to give. You have typed "I'm fine" when you weren't. Your body has been trying to tell you something for months and your calendar has been louder.
You cannot remember the last time you did something that was purely, completely, yours.
You don't have to be broken to come here. You just have to be ready. This is more than a weekend away. It's the reset your nervous system has been asking for — one that you'll feel in your body, your relationships, and your sense of self long after you're home.
Come solo — you'll leave with a room full of women who understand. Or bring someone who needs this as much as you do. Either way: this weekend is yours to set down everything you've been carrying. We'll take it from here.
Transport to the venue isn't included — but if you'd like help organising shared travel with other attendees, we're happy to connect you. The drive up through the Hunter Valley is honestly half the experience.
